Biography: Robyn Moncrief, MD, is a board certified surgeon for St. Vincent's Comprehensive Cancer Center in New York City. She is a member of the interdisciplinary team of breast cancer specialists in the Comprehensive Breast Center, working with a group of medical oncologists, radiologists, psychiatrists and social workers to create a unique treatment plan for each patient. Dr. Moncrief has a special interest in minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for breast masses in both men and women.

A member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, Dr. Moncrief is experienced in breast surgery, most recently serving as a breast surgeon at the Medical City Dallas Hospital in Texas. She completed a breast cancer fellowship with the Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

She is a graduate of the medical school at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and served her residency at the State University of New York Downstate and St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, both in New York City.

Dr. Moncrief is a member of the American College of Surgeons and American Medical Association. She has been a presenter of clinical findings at various medical meetings throughout her career. She received her undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University and served in the United States Army for three years.
