| Biography: |
Zujun Li, MD, is an attending physician in Medical Oncology at St. Vincent's Comprehensive Cancer Center (SVCCC) in New York City. A board certified oncologist and hematologist, Dr. Li has been at SVCCC since 2002.
Dr. Li was honored in 2004 with the "Dedication and Excellent Service Award" for St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers, St. Vincent's Hospital Manhattan and the Living-at-Home program of the Department of Community Medicine.
Dr. Li has written articles that have been published in numerous medical journals, such as Chinese Journal of Cancer, Biological Reproduction, and Blood. He is a member of numerous professional and medical organizations, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr. Li is currently an assistant professor of medicine at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY.
Dr. Li graduated from Shandong Medical University in Jinan, China, and completed a residency in the Department of Surgery at Shandong Medical University. He completed another residency in the Department of Medicine at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. Dr. Li was awarded a fellowship in hematology and oncology at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center. He also served as an associate scientist in Tumor Biology at the Schering-Plough Research Institute in Kenilworth, NJ.
